Canada, Play Your Part to end extreme poverty
Perhaps you were one of the thousands of Canadians asked to Play Your Part to end extreme poverty on March 2nd, the third annual EWB Day. Hundreds of EWB volunteers from across the country were drawing Canadians' attention to the extreme poverty that persists throughout the developing world and how Canada, by playing its part, can help end it.

Sharing his point of view
Spending more than a year in Zambia working with small-scale farmers has certainly helped to shape EWB volunteer Mike Quinn's point of viewa point of view that CBC wants to share with Canadians. Mike is now one of CBC's newest Global View Columnists, contributing his perspective to the Viewpoints section of their website. The first two articles, of six, are now available online.
