EWB’s Board of Directors goes online
As a seasoned group of corporate, community and EWB leaders, our Board of Directors has consistently proven that their commitment and keen insight is critical to driving EWB’s work and impact forward.
So it is with this in mind that our Board of Directors has come together in recent months to engage EWB’s membership with their role and important work. And they have done so in a way unlike any before – with a website!

Our Board of Directors website is intended to best communicate EWB’s finance, strategic direction and human resources from a governance perspective.
At the same time, their site is intended to keep all relevant information pertaining to Board membership, director elections, committees as well as several important governance documents.
One of the newest elected Board members, Tristan Allan, is particularly exciting about this new approach.
“The launch of our blog and communications portal is exciting as it allows EWB members centralized access to information that governs the organization,” says Tristan. “Also we will be providing updates after Board meetings with posts so that the membership can keep up to date with our activities, and ask us any questions directly.”

With our membership of 50,000 supporters – made up of thousands of Canada’s best and brightest young leaders – this new initiative launched by EWB’s Board of Directors is a unique opportunity for our members to engage with EWB's strategic direction in a way like never before.
