1. Have your students write an essay that can be submitted to EWB's Essay contest.
2. Plan a Hunger Banquet.

3. Organise an international fundraising dinner. Donate proceeds to an organisation that works to fight global hunger.
4. Visit a local food bank or soup kitchen. If this is not possible, ask a representative to visit the class to speak about local hunger issues.

Get Outside Your World Contest

Each year, EWB asks students from across Canada to share their vision of a better world.

This year, Engineers Without Borders and Mountain Equipment Coop are proud to present the Get Outside Your World Contest in which students are asked to answer the question "what kind of world do you want to live in and what will it take to get there? in a variety of creative entries.
