  • Step 2: Get approval and support from colleagues and senior management to run your campaign. Use our sample e-mails, recruitment suggestions, and team planning ideas to get started with your campaign.

  • Step 3: Register your workplace fundraising campaign with EWB and set your fundraising and participation goals.

  • Step 4: Select the ideas, events, or campaign structures to suit your work environment. Use our planning templates, list of activities and sample calendar to help set-up your campaign.

  • Step 5: Schedule and communicate your campaign and associated events. Let people know what you are planning, the timing of events, and how they can donate or participate.

  • Step 6: Run your event and have fun.
